Dynamics CRM 2013 Goes Social

As one of the most sophisticated and advanced CRM (customer relationship management) systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 continues to evolve, as Microsoft have announced further key enhancements to improve the functionality of the solution.   Microsoft’s inclusion of NetBreze and Marketing Pilot within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 allows users to automate their social media activity and track conversations, trends and their organisations online presence to stay up to date with digital sources, providing real time social media analytics.

As part of the spring 2014 updates to Dynamics CRM 2013, both NetBreeze and MarketingPilot are fully integrated into the solution via the Social Listening and Marketing and Service Dynamics applications.

The addition of Social Listening and Marketing Service Dynamics modules will support Dynamics CRM 2013 customers during their marketing and sales activities-enabling delivery of optimising marketing campaigns to maintain customer loyalty.
