HSO continues to invest in its Customer Service business

HSO UK is committed to continuous investment in its Customer Service business - the aim to establish itself as the clear market leader in the provision of Support & Managed Services to the Microsoft Dynamics community.

We are therefore delighted to announce that Mike Singleton has joined the organisation as Business Development Manager. 

Mike is a veteran of over 30 years’ in the software industry, where he has an excellent track record of delivering real value to clients, across multiple vertical markets including Financial Services, Retail, Warehousing & Distribution, Pharmaceutical and Utilities.  He brings deep experience from some of the world’s leading software companies such as Oracle and CA, as well as start-ups and early stage businesses.  Most recently Mike was Head of Sales and Marketing with Planixs Group Ltd, where he was instrumental in evolving and delivering its strategy and vision for significant growth in the cloud-based analytics marketplace. 

Mike has joined HSO to drive wider uptake of its Customer Service lines, to promote Dynamics 365 innovation in its client base and further strengthen its reputation as a Microsoft Dynamics partner of choice in the UK.
