HSO expands global position in the Retail Industry with Microsoft Dynamics retail specialists

HSO has strengthened its UK operations with retail expertise by a team of Retail Industry specialists previously employed at Junction Solutions Ltd. The expansion, which follows HSO’s acquisition of Touchstone AX in 2011, is in line with HSO’s strategic aim to consolidate its position as the world’s leading pure-play Microsoft Dynamics AX system integrator.

HSO has strengthened its UK operations with retail expertise by a team of Retail Industry specialists previously employed at Junction Solutions Ltd. The expansion, which follows HSO’s acquisition of Touchstone AX in 2011, is in line with HSO’s strategic aim to consolidate its position as the world’s leading pure-play Microsoft Dynamics AX system integrator.

Junction Solutions was a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics AX in the UK with specific AX-based solutions for the Retail Industry. HSO extends its capabilities within the UK by strengthening the retail expertise in consulting, industry solutions and customer support. In addition, HSO UK operations doubled in size and will be able to better serve the UK market, bringing the UK business strategically in line with HSO globally in terms of market focus and domain expertise.

With the expansion, HSO takes a leadership role in Europe in retail solutions and implementations based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. HSO is the leading international implementation partner for Microsoft Dynamics AX, having a Gartner commended methodology and recently been awarded the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
