RBTE Round Up

With the curtain now down, HSO look back at another successful RBTE. Bursting with industry technology innovation and leading retail speakers, it was one to remember.

London Olympia set the scene for the thousands of Retail, hospitality, travel, entertainment, leisure operator and e-tailer attendees. With common interests in the latest in all things retail, there was something for everyone.

Day 1

David Wild’s (CEO Dominos Pizza) opening keynote ‘The Store’ proved highly popular, lending fantastic awareness into leadership and customer service in a multi-channel world. Dominos were joined by a host of some the biggest names in UK Retail, including House of Fraser, Boots, and Tesco, all of whom spoke during the open day.

Amongst a wealth of other strategic and tactical Retail content, there were sessions on using digital to personalise the passenger experience and staying relevant for today’s consumer.

HSO were on hand to demonstrate the latest in Microsoft Dynamics technology, with viewings, trials and content detailing the latest in ERP and CRM. As always our experienced team delivered valuable insights on how to achieve greater operational efficiency and a leading level of customer service.

 Day 2

Following the success of day 1, day 2 had a lot to live up to; as we’ve come to expect from RBTE though, it left nothing behind. The centre was alive with exhibitors networking, sharing, and securing business from the thousands of retail industry participants coming through the doors.

Sessions touched on a broad selection of topics, from omni-channel innovation, putting customer’s first, international arrangements and more; it was true retail banquet, with experts and specialists around every corner.

Our team yet again were off their feet. It’s a pleasure to bring our solutions to such amazing and thriving events; the brilliance of spreading Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for retailers across the world is something we are passionate about, and we’re always excited to spread the word.

We’d like to thank everyone that took the time to come and speak to us throughout the two days, as ever we had a great, if exhausting, time but are already eager for 2017.
